The Luchbox คือเรื่องราว มิตรภาพอันน่าอัศจรรย์ระหว่าง เฟอร์นานเดส นักบัญชีที่ใช้ชีวิตอย่างเดียวดายและไม่ใส่ใจใคร หลังจากที่ภรรยาของเขาเสียชีวิต วันหนึ่งเขาก็ต้องพบกับความประหลาดใจเมื่อได้รับปิ่น โตที่บรรจุอาหารกลางวัน เลิศรส เจ้าของปิ่นโตนั้นคือคือ อิลา หญิงสาวผู้ถูกสามีหมางเมินและพยายามที่จะเรียกร้องความสนใจด้วยการทำอาหารใส่ปิ่นโต เพื่อเอาใจสามี แต่กลายเป็นว่าข้าวกลางวันถูกส่งไปให้ชายหนุ่มผิดคน อิลา ทำอาหารให้เฟอร์นานเดสอีกครั้งในวันต่อมา เพื่อขอบคุณที่คืนปิ่นโตให้ และเขียนจดหมายถึงเขาจากนั้นทั้งคู่ก็แลกเปลี่ยนจดหมายถึงกันผ่านปิ่นโตอาหาร นำมาซึ่งเรื่องราวสุดโรแมนติก เสน่ห์อย่างหนึ่งของหนังเรื่องนี้ที่ได้รับการพูดถึง อย่างมากก็คือสามารถทำให้คุณดูยิ้ม และซึ้งไปกับเรื่องราวอันแสนอบอุ่นของคนทั้งคู่ และคอยลุ้นเอาใจช่วยอยู่ตลอดเวลาว่าพวกเขาจะได้เจอกันตอนไหน!!!
