จากเนื้อเรื่องต้นฉบับบทภาพยนตร์ และออกแบบตัวละครโดย อากิระ โทริยาม่า กับตำนานที่ไม่เคยมีใครรู้ของชาวไซย่า เมื่อนักรบไซย่าทั้ง 3 กำเนิดในเวลาไล่เลี่ยกัน “ทารกโงกุน” นักรบคาคาล็อต ชนชั้นล่าง, “ทารกเบจีต้า” เจ้าชายแห่งดาวไซย่า และ “ทารกโบรลี่” นักรบผู้ถูกเนรเทศ ซึ่งหลังจากเหตุการณ์การแข่งขันศึกประลองพลังดราก้อนบอล ซูเปอร์ โบรลี่ โลกก็ดูเหมือนสงบสุขมาเป็นเวลานาน แต่แล้ว… เมื่อกงล้อโชคชะตาพลิกกลับ พวกเขาได้มาเผชิญหน้ากันอีกครั้ง และนั่น… ก็ถึงเวลาที่สุดยอดของพลังทั้ง 3 ต้องมาปะทะกัน
