เป็นเรื่องราวของ Barry Seal นักบินพาณิชย์สายการบิน TWA ซึ่งมีตัวแทนจากซีไอเอได้มาติดต่อขอให้ตัวเขาทำการออ กบินในภารกิจลาดตระเวนลับในอเมริกาใต้ โดยใช้เครื่องบินขนาดเล็กที่ติดตั้งกล้องไว้ ซึ่งตัวเขาได้กระโจนเข้าไปสู่อันตรายที่อาจจะเสี่ยงต ่อชีวิตของเขาได้ทุกๆ เวลาแต่นั่นมันไม่สำคัญเลย… กับผลประโยชน์ที่จะได้รับ หากทำงานได้สำเร็จ!!!
